Standard Cancellation

• Cancellation > 14 days before check-in: Full refund.

• Cancellation 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund.

• Cancellation < 7 days before check-in, no-show, or early departure: No refund.

Group Bookings & Special Rates

Different terms may apply. Please check your booking confirmation or package details.

Refund Process

Refunds processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Force Majeure

If prevented by circumstances beyond your control (e.g. natural disasters), we’ll offer either:

• 100% refund; or

• Alternative dates, subject to availability.
